Delete Account & Data

This page explains how to delete your "Sigilloom" account and the data associated with it. The application is developed by Angelo Mazzilli ("the Developer", "ANMA Studio").

1. Reset Your Data Yourself, In-App

From the in-app Options screen, "Delete Account" immediately erases your cloud game profile (meta currency, unlocked heroes, defeated enemies, hero statistics, Brawl streaks) and removes your entries from the public leaderboards. This does not require contacting us and takes effect immediately, but it does not delete your underlying Google Play Games / Firebase account identifier.

2. Request Full Account Deletion

To request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us at: info@sigilloom.com. Since Google Play Games Sign-In does not share your email address with us, please include in your message the display name shown next to your account in the game, so we can identify your profile.

3. What Gets Deleted

Upon request, we permanently delete:

Your game profile stored in our database (Cloud Firestore): meta currency, unlocked heroes, defeated enemies, hero statistics, and Brawl streaks.
Your leaderboard entries (Run and Brawl), removed entirely, not just reset.
Your authentication identity (the unique player ID and display name obtained via Google Play Games Sign-In).

What is retained: anonymous, aggregated usage data already collected via Google Analytics for Firebase (e.g. session counts) is not tied to your deleted profile and cannot be individually traced back to you, so it is not part of this deletion process, see our Privacy Policy for details on this data.

4. Processing Time

We process deletion requests and permanently remove every reference from our database within 30 days of receiving your request.
