Welcome to "Sigilloom". These Terms of Service govern your use of the application developed by Angelo Mazzilli ("the Developer", "ANMA Studio").

By downloading or using "Sigilloom," you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

"Sigilloom" is a combat roguelike, sequence autobattler game. The service includes gameplay mechanics and, when signed in via Google Play Games Services, online leaderboard features via Google Firebase.

3. Intellectual Property

All content included in the application, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Angelo Mazzilli and is protected by international copyright laws.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the application.

• Extract or copy visual or audio assets for any use outside the app.

• Submit falsified or manipulated leaderboard results.

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided "as is" without any warranties. The Developer does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for any data loss related to device failures or sync errors.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the application.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy and the European Union.
